The rise was driven by a combination of large-ticket transactions, steady deal flow in technology and financial services, and a gradual easing of valuation concerns. Investors appeared more willing to deploy capital as macroeconomic uncertainties showed signs of stabilizing.

Global private equity firm Advent International has divested its stake in Cohance Lifesciences, generating proceeds of Rs 3,094 crore. The transaction reflects strong investor confidence in India’s pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, which continues to attract both domestic and international capital. Analysts note that the exit underscores Cohance’s robust operational performance, strategic positioning, and growth trajectory.
